Hormonal changes can affect mood, energy, sleep, and even self-image. Our therapists help you understand the emotional impact of these changes and develop coping tools to manage anxiety, irritability, and mood swings, while reconnecting with a sense of balance and confidence during midlife.


Yes. We believe emotional and physical health are deeply connected. Our team shares office space with physical therapists, acupuncturists, and other providers, allowing for coordinated care when emotional well-being and pelvic or sexual health overlap. We frequently collaborate with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, and other medical providers to ensure comprehensive support. We always obtain your permission and a signed release form before contacting any outside providers.


Absolutely. We provide therapy for concerns such as vaginismus, pain during sex, or intimacy struggles that may stem from physical discomfort, anxiety, or trauma. Our collaborative approach with pelvic floor therapy ensures that both the physical and emotional aspects of healing are addressed in a supportive, integrative way.


That’s completely okay. Many women come to therapy unsure of where to start—they just know something feels off or overwhelming. During our first session, we’ll talk through your concerns and goals, and together create a plan for the type of support that fits best for you.


Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to make care as accessible and convenient as possible. Many clients appreciate the flexibility to switch between in-person and virtual sessions, especially when balancing work, family, or postpartum schedules.
