While the journey can be filled with joy and meaning, it’s also common to experience emotional challenges along the way. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life postpartum, or facing the many challenges of parenting, the transitions of motherhood can be overwhelming—and we’re here to help.
Our pregnancy support services offer a safe space for expecting mothers to explore their feelings, manage stress, and prepare emotionally for motherhood. We address concerns such as anxiety, mood fluctuations, and the emotional adjustments that accompany pregnancy.
Pregnancy and postpartum can bring on a whirlwind of emotions that can feel overwhelming. PMADs—including perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more—are common, real, and treatable. Our clinicians have advanced training in perinatal mental health and provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help you feel like yourself again so you can navigate this season with confidence.
The postpartum period can be overwhelming. We offer support groups and individual counseling to help new mothers navigate the emotional complexities of this stage, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding.
A difficult or traumatic birth experience can leave lasting emotional wounds. We offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful therapy that helps you process and heal, so you can move forward with greater peace and clarity—whether you're preparing for another birth or simply seeking resolution.
Struggles with conception or pregnancy loss can be deeply isolating. We offer a safe, validating space to honor your grief, make meaning of your experience, and support emotional healing. You're not alone—and you deserve care that meets you with empathy and understanding at every step.
Maternal mental health refers to the emotional and psychological well-being of women before, during, and after pregnancy. The journey of motherhood can be joyful but also stressful, overwhelming, and life-changing. Supporting maternal mental health helps mothers navigate these transitions with resilience, cope with challenges, and maintain emotional balance, which benefits both parent, partners, and children.
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) are common mental health conditions that can occur during pregnancy or postpartum. They include perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and more. PMADs are actually the most common complication of childbearing—but the good news is that they are highly treatable. Early support and evidence-based therapy can help you regain emotional balance, feel more confident in your role as a parent, and navigate this life transition with greater ease.
