Our 3-hour virtual couples workshop, plus a 1-hour follow-up session, helps partners strengthen their connection and communication. Using the Gottman Method, you’ll explore core principles such as the “Four Horsemen,” bids for connection, and the Sound Relationship House, all aimed at creating lasting intimacy and shared meaning.
Through guided exercises and practical strategies, you’ll gain tools to navigate conflict with empathy and build a deeper understanding of each other’s needs. This workshop is appropriate for couples at any stage of their relationship and is designed to leave you feeling more connected, supported, and equipped to sustain your partnership.
During the workshop, you and your partner will engage in guided conversations and experiential exercises based on the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll explore topics such as communication patterns, emotional connection, and conflict management. You’ll learn practical tools to strengthen understanding, reduce defensiveness, and enhance intimacy in your relationship.
This workshop is designed for couples at any stage—whether you’re in a new relationship, preparing for a major life transition, or looking to reconnect after years together. It’s also ideal for partners who want focused, hands-on support without committing to ongoing weekly sessions. The format allows you to make meaningful progress in a short amount of time.
The private couples workshop — which includes the 3-hour virtual session plus a 1-hour follow-up — is $850. This is a flat rate for the full experience, not a per-session fee. Payment is due at the time of scheduling.
The private workshop includes a 3-hour virtual session, followed by a 1-hour follow-up session scheduled a few weeks later. The follow-up provides space to reflect on your progress, address new insights, and fine-tune the tools you’ve learned.
During this session, we’ll also discuss whether ongoing couples therapy or periodic check-ins might be beneficial for continued growth. Some couples find the workshop provides the reset they need, while others choose to build on the momentum through ongoing work together.
Not at all! The workshop is designed to be valuable on its own, whether or not you're currently in therapy. Some couples come simply for the tools and skills — the practical strategies around communication, conflict, and connection — without a need for ongoing therapeutic support. Others use the workshop as a starting point and choose to follow up with couples therapy to continue the work at a deeper level. Either path is completely valid, and we're happy to help you figure out what makes the most sense for you.
