Parenting during the early years can be both joyful and overwhelming—and having the right support and connection can make all the difference.
We offer a free, welcoming postpartum support group in collaboration with Postpartum Support Virginia. This is a space where you can ask questions, talk through what’s coming up for you, and get pointed in the right direction for support—whether that’s resources, referrals, or simply reassurance that what you’re experiencing is normal.
Led by therapists with expertise in perinatal mental health, the group offers guidance around sleep challenges, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, and caring for yourself while caring for a baby.
Meetings are held virtually on Wednesdays from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM. Click here for more information and to register.
We also host occasional pop-up playdates—a chance to get out of the house with your little one, connect with other moms in person, and build community in a more casual setting. See upcoming dates & register here.
Babies and toddlers are always welcome 🩵
This group is open to any moms in the postpartum period—whether you’re a first-time parent, adjusting to life with multiple children, or somewhere in between. It’s a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and feel supported through the ups and downs of early parenthood. Babies and toddlers are always welcome.
No registration or ongoing commitment is required. We do have a short Google Form sign-up that helps us plan, but it’s completely optional. You’re welcome to drop in whenever you can—whether that’s every week or just once in a while. We know life with a baby can be unpredictable, and we want participation to feel flexible and accessible. It’s also totally fine to come late or leave early—the group is very relaxed and welcoming!
Each meeting offers space for open conversation, guided support, and shared resources. In-person gatherings are relaxed and informal—a welcoming place for moms to get out, connect, and recharge. Virtual meetings may include brief educational topics or guest speakers who share helpful information and community resources. Our goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and encouraged while gaining practical tips and connection to others who understand.
