Be Well Service Fees

We typically reserve 60 minutes for your initial intake session and subsequent individual therapy sessions are generally 45 minutes. Longer sessions are sometimes recommended for couples work or trauma work/EMDR. 

We accept all major credit cards or cash/checks (if meeting in person).  Payment is due in full at time of service. In accordance with Federal requirements regarding the No Surprise Act, please see the full fee structure for therapy services below.

We are out-of-network providers and are not contracted by any insurance panels; however, you may check with your insurance company to determine whether you are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement for therapy services provided by therapists registered by the Virginia Board of Counseling or Virginia Board of Social Work. 

Upon request, we will provide you with receipts of services to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Statements will include dates of service, the service code, and a diagnostic code. If you have questions or concerns about diagnoses, please discuss with your provider in session. 

To determine your out-of-network benefits, call the customer service / mental health number on the back of your insurance card.  Ask what the reimbursement rate is for an out-of-network therapist and for any information you need to know regarding how to submit statements for reimbursement.  Your insurance company may wish to look us up by NPI number, which is 1215621974, or by our tax ID, which is EIN 93-1631092.
